Damaged & Unrepairable Goods
It's difficult to photograph, but there are now several dents in my upper south bedroom floor. Without my authorization, the floor guy partially filled some of the dents - not completely so that the floor would be level. And, of course, the fill is much lighter than the floor so the dents are even more obvious now. To top it off, I think the floor guy brushed on some shinier polyurethane over the dents because the floor looks wet in spots.

Looks good, except: for the pool of polyurethane and polyurethane circles on the tile ( hard to get photos of both )
